Prices:

Prices in EURO per person/night, excluding tourist tax.

Local tax:

Local tax EUR 3,00 per person and night (for children under 15 years no tourist tax is charged).

Short stays:

Short stay supplement up to 3 days.

Arrival and departure:

The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 9:00 a. m. at the latest. Changes of arrival - please consult - possible, should you arrive after 20:00 please let us know.

Ski storage:

Heated ski room and shoe rack, there is enough space for your ski equipment. Wardrobe and shoe closet for locking per room has 5 compartments.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed.

Internet:

Free internet via WLAN.

Parking places:

Are available in front of the Haus Sabine.

Means of payment:

Only cash payment possible.

Non-smokers:

Please note that our rooms are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, balcony is available in every room.

Reservation - deposit:

For a fixed reservation a deposit is required. (according to reservation letter) Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions. Deposits can only be made by bank transfer.

Cancellation options:

In case of early or late departure, the price for the booked days (without deductions) will be charged, this also applies to deviating number of persons.

• 30 days before arrival 70%
• 7 days before arrival 90%
